With intimate experience in the redevelopment of America’s best communities like Carmel and Fishers, Indiana, Bowen’s passion is creating economic opportunities for communities while revitalizing Main Street, USA.
Partner, Jerry Ewing oversees all corporate business, including sales and marketing initiatives. Additionally, he leads client services programs with a focus on engaging new equity partners, establishing tenant relationships, and managing existing client relationships. With two decades of experience leading a national technology services company with $200 million in revenues upon his exit, Ewing has extraordinary experience leading innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
Jim Ratliff is uniquely qualified to manage the company’s investment and banking strategies. In addition, Ratliff leads the insurance and broker services programs—focusing on establishing and maintaining valuable, long-term business relationships. Currently an active private investor in several companies and real estate projects, Ratliff brings a keen sense of investment opportunity through analysis and execution.
