$27M AMBROSE ON MAIN PROJECT TO ANCHOR DOWNTOWN WESTFIELD’S EAST SIDE
The City of Westfield and Rebar Development are pleased to announce Ambrose on Main, a $27 million multi-use development that will be a transformational gateway on the east side of downtown Westfield.
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROPSOED FOR MARION RIVERFRONT DISTRICT
Rebar Development, The Ridge Group, and project partners have worked closely with the City of Marion to propose a $10.8 million redevelopment project that meets important economic goals for the downtown district, including the transformation of under-utilized parcels, adding to the downtown housing inventory, and creating vibrancy along the riverwalk to foster further economic opportunity.
LE PEEP COMING TO McCORD SQUARE
Brunch fans are about to get a new option in McCordsville! Le Peep plans to open a new location on the first floor of McCord Square Apartments mixed-use building this summer. Additional business tenant announcements are expected in the coming weeks as construction nears completion.
MIXED-USE URBAN VILLAGE COMING TO DOWNTOWN FISHERS
The City of Fishers’ City Council approved an agreement with Rebar Development, paving the way for the new District South development on the south side of South Street. The $32.5 million investment redevelops several under-utilized parcels and introduces an urban village concept that includes residences, the Annex headquarters building, micro-commercial suites, and connectivity to area business districts.
