LE PEEP COMING TO McCORD SQUARE

Restaurant to anchor first-floor of McCord Square Apartments at new Town Center

McCordsville, IN - Brunch fans are about to get a new option in McCordsville! Announced today, Le Peep plans to open a new location on the first floor of McCord Square Apartments mixed-use building this summer. Additional business tenant announcements are expected in the coming weeks as construction nears completion.

“After nearly a decade of planning, design, and construction, McCord Square will soon be opening to the residents of McCordsville,” said Tim Gropp, Town Manager of McCordsville. “The community has been excited for this first wave of new business announcements. Rebar has been an excellent partner and has worked hard to secure quality new tenants such as Le Peep.”

Le Peep will occupy 3,100 square feet on the first floor of McCord Square Apartments’ south building, The Lucas. The restaurant, located on the endcap of the building, will include an outdoor patio that overlooks the new civic green in the development and will be connected to the McCordsville Trail System. The breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant will feature many of the staple dishes found at Le Peep’s other locations and include offerings unique to McCordsville.

“Le Peep is perfect for the new McCord Square development as it provides a great experience for the entire family,” said Ali Hessaraki, Owner of Le Peep in McCordsville. “Ready for your weekday business meeting or a get together with your entire family, Le Peep offers it all.”

“Today’s announcement marks the next step for McCord Square, and we’re very excited to welcome Le Peep to the community,” said Shelby Bowen, CEO of Rebar Development. “McCord Square Apartments is already leasing with move-ins starting this summer, and we look forward to more great commercial tenant announcements in the near future as demand to be a part of McCord Square continues to be strong.”

Le Peep joins previously announced McCord Square tenants NineStar Connect, IU Health, McCordsville Police Department, and development anchor, McCord Square Apartments. The 48-acre mixed-use town center was designed to forge places for residents and guests to live, dine, shop, and recreate in the heart of McCordsville.

McCord Square Apartments consist of two mixed-use buildings that flank the new civic green in the heart of the development. With 205 apartment homes and first-floor retail opportunities in both buildings, McCord Square is a burgeoning ecosystem for residents and small businesses looking to expand into a growing, thriving market.

“With every new announcement, McCord Square takes another step toward being the heart of the community that it was designed to become,” said Bowen. “We can’t wait to see residents walking the sidewalks and trails, enjoying the green spaces, dining at the restaurants, and shopping at the new local shops.”
